In the SCM (Feldenkrais and CST) method (technique?)
we say "play with it" instead of "work on it. "
LETS PLAY WITH IT
Mommies
Watch a basketful of kittens: see how they play. The Swiss epistomologist Jean Piaget studies how children learn. After years of study, he concluded that children learn by doing. He also said that PLAY is most important-- it is how children LEARN.
Instead of "working on it-- your food,( ya' still workin' on it ? says the waiter much too soon for some) your BODY your MIND.....try playing with it.
LET'S CHANGE THE NEUROTRANSMITTERS!
